The next stage is to understand the liquid funds you have available to invest. We explain how we use them, where they are kept and how they are secured. We discuss the % ROI available on your funds, the duration and talk you through the contract.

We deal with the obligations and responsibilities of a business. We handle the daily issues, challenges and complexities. You will start earning interest from the loan date, until the end of the term when it is repaid.

When we are nearing the end of our agreed term, we will provide you with an update as early paybacks may happen. You may withdraw your funds or, reinvest it with us and keep compounding your capital and profit, to grow it further. Einstein did say “compounding is the 8th wonder of the world” for a reason.

Invest Passively
The solution for a hands-off investment. We provide a return on your money annually, when we return your capital. This is a loan with a fixed-rate interest payment, secured on a loan agreement. First/Second Charges are available for a commensurate size of loan.
Minimum loan size is £100,000 and the interest rates start at 6%.

Joint Venture
More profit. More risk. This is reserved for those investors who want to be more involved with projects and have liquid funds. You will take a fair equity share per deal, based on the funding level you provide, which will reflect in your % profit at the end of a deal.
